Concept
One has been in business since 1996. We are affiliated with ASHI
(the American Society of Home Inspectors); a member of the Better
Business Bureau in good standing; and licensed by the State of New
Mexico as a general contractor.

offer the widest variety of commercial building and home inspections,
conducted by experienced inspectors, including not only all the
standard inspections usually needed at time of the home sale,
but also low-cost Listing Inspections, Structural Engineer and
Mold Inspections.

We now offer a warranty without an inspection and a warranty
if another company does the inspection (report required). More

One offers building renovation, remodel and repair services.
We are a full service construction company capable of doing large
and small projects - commercial and home improvement.
- Our
warranty offers a choice of a twelve- or fourteen-month contract;
has one of the highest dollar limit amounts on claims; and offers
a variety of individual items that can be added to the warranty,
including a limited structural warranty that can be purchased
with certain types of inspections.
- You
may obtain contractors' certifications from Concept
One when needed, and if you order one of our packages you will
receive a generously discounted price for all certifications.
- In
the unlikely event that a problem arises, our errors &
omissions insurance covers referral agents and brokers with a
"Limited Additional Insured Endorsement.”
- Our
knowledgeable staff is available Monday through
Friday 8am to 5pm to answer any questions you might have.
