Concept One Home Warranty Plan covers the specific items described under each of the following categories.

Please note: "the following is only a description of a typical home warranty that has an inspection by Concept One or a qualified inspection company (report required for the warranty). The home warranty plan is not effective until individual items have been cleared by the inspection for the home warranty and all fees are paid in full. Refer to your home warranty contract for full details.

Heating Systems     index
Hydronic heating units (steam/hot water), forced air heating units, heat pumps up to 5 tons per unit, blower fan motors, heat exchangers, wall thermostats, gas, log fireplaces.

Plumbing     index
Water, gas, drain and waste vent lines within the perimeter of the main foundation, faucets, shower and/or tub valves, water heater, toilet tanks and mechanisms within the toilet tank.

Electrical     index
General wiring and parts within the perimeter of the main foundation: fuse panels, circuit breaker panels, switches and receptacles, door bell/chimes, ceiling fans, bath and laundry vent fans.

Appliances     index
Ovens, cooktop, range, dishwasher, garbage disposal, trash compactor, central vacuum motor, range exhaust fan.

Garage Door Openers     index
Receivers, boards, relays, switches and drive trains.

Evaporative Coolers ("Swamp Coolers")     index
Pumps, motors and electrical controls.

Air Conditioning Systems     index
Central air conditioning systems designed for residential application. Includes condenser coils, compressors, condenser fan motors, blower fan motors, internal system controls, thermostats, refrigerant, wall air conditioners (those designed for wall installation).

Roofs     index
Covers leaks in the exterior roof covering which provides weather protection for the building.

Door Hardware     index
Knobs, dead bolts and locks.

Window Hardware     index
Locks and latches.
